James Tobin is a Bournemouth based musician originally from Poole Dorset. Having put a design career on hold and having no music qualifications he has decided to brave the world of music. Known for playing bass in a number of bands, including Tuesday Heartbreak, over the years he has decided to go solo and produce an album of original songs. James has typical bass player syndrome in that he is bored of being a support musician and wants to play lead and get some limelight!

He has also been involved with other MileHighMusic artists such as engineering Nathan Persad's Since 1978 album and being a session musician on Ceri James Start & Begin album.

Carpe Diem is to be the first solo outing by James and will be a progressive pop/folk rock record with Jazz chords and big production. Watch this space for release details
